Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith and depend on third-party publisher schedules and editorial queues. While we work to meet stated timelines, they are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Search engine rankings are influenced by many factors outside our control, including algorithm changes, competitor activity, and your own website's technical health. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic numbers, or timeframes for results. Our commitment is to deliver the agreed-upon deliverables (e.g., a published guest post meeting the stated DA/DR and word count) to a professional standard.
Once a guest post, article, or press release is published and paid for, the client may use the content link and reference it freely. We retain the right to showcase completed work (excluding confidential details) in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
You agree not to submit content or requests that:
If a delivered placement does not meet the specifications agreed at purchase (e.g., wrong DA/DR range, missing do-follow link), we will revise or replace it at no additional cost. See our Refund Policy for details on eligibility.
Amazing IT Solutions shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including loss of rankings, traffic, or revenue, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
